The Website and all products are offered by Vinicius de Castro Soares, an individual seller based in Brazil (CPF 154.550.606-00), operating under the name Vinicius Soares e-books ("we", "us", "our").

2. Products
We sell digital books (e-books) only. No physical product is shipped. Current titles include recipe books and educational guides about healthy everyday habits. Product descriptions, prices and contents are shown on the Website before purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to make a purchase on the Website.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD), Euros (EUR) or Brazilian Reais (BRL), depending on the checkout.
- All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Your bank or card issuer may apply currency conversion fees or international transaction fees. These fees are outside our control.
- We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already paid.
5. Delivery and access
- After payment is confirmed, you will receive an email within 1 to 3 minutes with access to our members app, where your purchased book is available.
- Please make sure the email address entered at checkout is correct and check your spam, junk and promotions folders.
- If you do not receive access within 15 minutes, contact support@viniciussoares.store.
- Access requires an internet connection and a compatible device (smartphone, tablet or computer).
6. License of use
When you buy a book, you receive a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable license to read it for your own use. You may not:
- Resell, share, distribute, publish or make the content available to third parties;
- Copy, reproduce or modify the content for commercial purposes;
- Share your access credentials to the members app with other people.
Violation of this license may result in immediate cancellation of access without refund, and may lead to legal action.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Website and in the books — including texts, recipes, images, layouts and the brand "Vinicius Soares e-books" — belongs to us or is used with permission, and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
8. Educational content disclaimer
Our books are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not replace medical, nutritional or professional advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified professional before making changes to your diet, exercise or health routine, especially if you have a medical condition, allergies, food intolerances, or are pregnant or breastfeeding. Check every recipe's ingredients for allergens before preparing it.
Results vary from person to person. We do not guarantee any specific health, weight or wellness outcome.
9. Refunds
You may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. All conditions are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.
10. Chargebacks
If you have any issue with your purchase, please contact us first — we resolve most requests quickly. Opening a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first may result in the suspension of your access while the dispute is reviewed.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not responsible for indirect damages, or for problems caused by your device, internet connection, email provider, or by incorrect information entered at checkout.

We work to keep the Website and members app available at all times, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or factors beyond our control.
